This section of the ICEC web page provides links to pdf copies of papers which have won the Kenneth K. Humphreys Award at ICEC International Congresses.

Beginning in 2008 at the 20^th International Cost Engineering Congress, the International Cost Engineering Council initiated the Kenneth K. Humphreys Outstanding Paper Award to recognize papers in cost engineering, quantity surveying and project management which were authored by young professionals or students under the age of 36. Papers are nominated by ICEC Member associations and institutes and only one paper is selected from each category.
