Cost engineering, quantity surveying, and project management, are important and learned professions. Members of these professions are expected to exhibit the highest standards of honesty and integrity. The services provided by cost engineers, quantity surveyors, and project managers require honesty, impartiality, fairness and equity, and must be dedicated to the protection of the public health, safety, and welfare. All members of these professions must perform under a standard of professional behavior that requires adherence to the highest principles of ethical conduct.
Cost engineers, quantity surveyors, and project managers, in the fulfillment of their professional duties, shall:
