The first International Cost Engineering Council Congress (ICEC) was held in Montreal, Quebec, Canada in 1971. Since 1972 there has been an ICEC Congress every second year. Our most recent Congress was held in Toronto, Ontario, Canada in 2008.

The next ICEC Congress will be held 21-26 June 2010 in Singapore.

The 2012 Congress is to be held in Durban, South Africa.
