The Association of Management, Consulting and Technology for Construction (The Romanian Association of Cost Engineering) was founded in 1996 and it has its premises at Civil Engineering Technical University of Bucharest.

The members of this association are focused on:

• Management and modern techniques promotion in the construction domain;
• Improving quality of construction, fittings and installations;
• Achievement of post-university courses (Logistics Management, Management of Small and Middle-size Firms, etc); and
• Organization of a national conference, in the November of every year, where our members present between 15 and 25 papers concerning Management, Economics and Technology.

AMCTC is a legal association and is a non-profit and non-governmental organization.
