The 2007 PAQS Congress, which will held in Auckland, New Zealand, between 9-13 June 2007 promises to be an outstanding event. Peter Smith succeeds Ken Humphreys as ICEC SecretaryAt the recent ICEC World Congress in Ljubljana, Slovenia, Dr Kenneth Humphreys stepped down as the International Cost Engineering Council (ICEC) Secretary-Treasurer after serving in that position for 30 years since the founding of the International Cost Engineering Council. Succeeding Dr Humphreys is Dr Peter Smith of the University of Technology, Sydney.
