The ICEC World Congress brings together the international cost engineering, quantity surveying and project management community for four days of celebration, knowledge-sharing and collaboration. In 2026 the congress marks the 50-year Golden Jubilee of the International Cost Engineering Council.
Hosted by the Brazilian Institute of Cost Engineers (IBEC), the programme spans a jubilee celebration lunch, a full day of technical paper presentations and invited-speaker workshops, and the ICEC Council and Regional IBEC / South America meetings, all set against the unmistakable backdrop of Rio de Janeiro.
